Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your Manitoba Health Card.

  • Any private insurance information.

  • Your current glasses or your most recent prescription

  • Any contact lenses you're using (plus packaging or prescription details).

  • A list of current medications.

  • The name of your family doctor.

  • Yes! We offer a curated selection of frames and lenses, and we also provide contact lens fittings and orders.
