Here’s what you can expect:

Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Your Manitoba Health Card.

  • Any private insurance information.

  • Your current glasses or your most recent prescription

  • Any contact lenses you're using (plus packaging or prescription details).

  • A list of current medications.

  • The name of your family doctor.

Insurance Information

We accept Manitoba Health coverage for eligible services, and we’re happy to direct bill most major private insurance providers.

If you have any questions about your coverage or how billing works, please don’t hesitate to ask our front desk team.

  • No referral is required for most routine exams. If your family doctor has referred you, please bring their information to your appointment.

  • Yes! We offer a curated selection of frames and lenses, and we also provide contact lens fittings and orders.

  • Most exams take between 30–60 minutes. Specialized services may require more time.
